Communication and Employabilty Skills is a new and exciting unit on the National Certificate and Diploma. In order to pass this unit students are required to maintain a blog which charts a personal development plan.
The blog covers the following performance criteria:
P7 - Create and maintain a personal development plan
M1 - Explain and use a specialist IT communication channel effectively
D2 - Independently use a personal development plan to plan to undergo a process of indentification of skill need and related immprovement.
